Relying on Strengths
It is a training where participants will spend 50% of their time in practical exercises to develop their abilities to exercise a positive leadership that stimulates and encourages resources to work more with and on their strengths.

- Identify ways to utilize strengths;
- Mobilize employees by encouraging them to build on their strengths.
